Neue Funktionen in der Adressverwaltung

Das Herzstück von NETOOX ist die effiziente Verwaltung von Kontaktdaten und aller daran angeknüpfter Informationen (z.B. Betreuungsverlauf, Online-Infos, ...). Neben vielen Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Stabilität und Geschwindigkeit, stehen ab heute auch folgende neuen Funktionen zur Verfügung:

Beliebige Kontaktdetails

Bei jedem Kontakt kannst Du nun beliebig viele 

• E-Mail-Adressen
• Telefonnummern
• Web-Adressen 
• Instant-Messenger-Infos
• Postal-Adressen

abspeichern! 

Je nach Kontakttyp gibt es auch eine "Bezeichnung". Hier kannst Du eine der Standard-Bezeichnungen auswählen (z.B. "work" oder "home"), oder eine eigene freie Bezeichnung eingeben. Es wird dringend empfohlen, eine der Standard-Bezeichnungen zu verwenden, wenn diese zutrifft und passt (z.B. "work_fax" bei der Fax-Nummer am Arbeitsplatz).

Mit dem gelben Stern-Symbol links neben einem Kontaktdetail kannst Du dieses als "primäres Kontaktdetail" markieren. Primäre Kontaktdetails werden bei Exports, sowie für den SMS- und E-Mail-Empfang verwendet. 

Ein Kontaktdetail gezielt löschen kannst du mit dem Papierkorb-Symbol, das rechts erscheint, wenn du mit dem Mauspfeil darüber fährst.

E-Mail-Signaturen

Du kannst nun in deinem Profil deine E-Mail-Signaturen frei bearbeiten. Um deine Profildaten zu übernehmen klickst Du einfach auf den Link "Standard-Signatur aus Profildaten laden". Danach kannst Du die Signaturen für Geschäft und Produkt sowohl für HTML-Mails als auch für Text-Mails bearbeiten und abspeichern. Diese E-Mail-Signaturen werden von NETOOX für ausgehende E-Mails verwendet. 

Hinweis: NETOOX versendet jedes Mail für dich als HTML-Mail UND als Text-Mail, sodass es bei den Empfängern unabhängig vom Endgerät und E-Mail-Programm auf jeden Fall gelesen werden kann. Daher kannst Du hier auch die E-Mail-Signaturen für HTML und Text getrennt definieren. Nach dem Bearbeiten der E-Mail-Signaturen nicht vergessen auf den "Speichern"-Button zu klicken!

Your Profile as vCard and QR-Code

You already know that NETOOX generates EMail signatures for you. Those are used in mails you send out from the NETOOX address book and you can download and use them in your EMail client program as well.

With todays update we added 2 more automatically generated files for you!

vCard

vCards are electronic business cards (file extension .vcf) that can be read with may different programs (Outlook, address managers, EMail clients, cell and smart phones, ...). Typically you would send a VCF file along with your EMails and recipients could then easily add your contact info to their address books.

NETOOX now generates vCard files for you to download and use howevery you like.
Tip: Download the file and add it to your NETOOX mail templates!

QR-Code

Surely you know thos sqare "bar codes" that are EVERYWHERE now. You can find them on billboards, in stores, on products, on the web, in newspapers, ... They are called "QR-Codes" and are popular because anyone with a cell or smart phone with an integrated camera can scan those codes. They sort of provide an interface between the offline world (on paper) and the online world on mobile devices.

The codes typically contain a phone number or an EMail address or a web address. BUT they can also contain an entire "business card" with your name, email, phone and web address. To encode all that information, the MECARD format has been invented.

Your NETOOX now also generates the MECARD texts for you. You can copy the generated MECARD text as it is OR copy the readily available QR-Code image and use it e.g. in your Word files or anywhere else where you want to give people a quick, easy and state-of-the-art way to get your profile data.

Tip: Copy the MECARD text into the according field of the business card design that has a QR-Code on the back at mlm.printassist.eu

PS: You can (and should) test out scanning your QR-Codes with your own phone! Apps for scanning QR-Codes are available in the app store of your smart phone's system (e.g. for Android devices you can use QR-Droid, on iPhones you can use Qrafter, ...). Tip: Simply scan the code right from your computer monitor :)
