NETOOX now generates separate mail signatures for your business and product related EMails!
Those signatures are not only used in EMails you send out directly from your NETOOX address book, you can also download the signature files and use them in your EMail client program (like Outlook, Thunderbird, ...).
Set different Web and EMail adresses in your profile to be used in the signatures: Keep business and product lead recruiting separate.
Use the 2 new placeholders in your EMail templates. You can also update your existing templates and replace the old placeholder with one of the new ones.
E.g. use "My product signature" in customer / product related templates:
